We want you to love your Lime Lush finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we've made our return process simple and stress-free. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached, and place them securely in a shipping mailer.

Print & Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

Drop Off & Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your return is processed.
